How the library works
- Search runs against PubMed with your terms and year cut-off, and the matches are saved into the project.
- New since last time comes first — papers already collected are counted, not repeated.
- Questions are answered from passages retrieved out of that project's library only; nothing outside it is used.
- Every claim carries a title and a year, listed as evidence under the answer.
Can I ask without searching?
Yes. Leave the search box empty and the run skips PubMed, answering from the papers the project already holds.
Why does a project matter?
Each project keeps its own papers, answers and search history, so an unrelated thread never leaks into your evidence.
What if nothing new comes back?
The totals still show what matched, and the existing library stays available to question.
